Job Summary
Inclusive Hiring Trainee program is a one-year internship at Marsh/Mercer (Inclusive Academy) in Lisbon. Part 1 consists of 4 months of behavioral and technical training (Office tools and English, focusing on Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to identify participants who can develop skills for technical teams. Part 2 is an 8-month practical internship in actuarial analytics, investments analytics, or consulting, with the goal of eventual hiring. Training and internship are paid, with salary according to IEFP guidelines. Starts mid-July 2026. Designed to integrate profiles with 60%+ multi-use disability certificates. Requirements include disability certification, English B1/B2, Portuguese, based in Lisbon or nearby, and full-time, in-person participation for the first 4 months. The program embraces hybrid work, with a preference for in-office presence—colleagues are expected to be in the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week, with at least one anchor day when the full team is together in person.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a multi-use disability certificate of 60% or greater
- Interest in consulting or analytics
- English level B1/B2 or higher
- Speak Portuguese
- Be based in Lisbon or nearby
- Availability for a full-time, 100% in-person internship (the first 4 months)
