Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Recruiter/Marketer

Recruiter/Marketer to service the Sydney network for the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program, sourcing vacancies, matching participants to suitable roles, and engaging employers to promote inclusive recruitment for people with disability. Responsibilities include preparing workplaces to support participants (disability confidence, inclusive recruitment, workplace modifications and role carving), targeting employers to improve productivity through carving and creating new roles, brokering work experience opportunities, and ensuring program benchmarks are met. Candidates should have experience in Employment or Disability Employment Services or related fields (recruitment, community services, sales or HR), strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a willingness to travel across sites in NSW. Preferred qualifications in Employment, Community or Disability services or related fields and eligibility to work in Australia are noted; willingness to complete required checks (Criminal Record, Working with Children) and comply with WHS and privacy requirements is expected.
