Inclusive Education Practitioner

Job Summary
Deliver inclusive education sessions for 6- to 9-year-olds focused on social communication, literacy skills, and overall inclusion within a supportive learning environment. Work with the Programme Manager and other professionals to ensure quality service delivery, implementing best-practice methods (including TEACCH and SPELL) and aligning with NAS Accreditation and ISO standards. Administer assessments, develop goals, prepare reports, participate in annual client reviews, and create positive behaviour support plans. Maintain client files, document attendance and progress, and coordinate with parents and school teams. Facilitate sessions across environments (Multisensory Rooms, pool, Therapeutic Horseback Riding area) and assist colleagues with extracurricular activities. Engage in school visits, ensure access to updated curriculum materials, and contribute to planning and evaluation of client progress. Working hours are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 09:40 to 18:10.
Required Qualifications
- MQF Level 6 qualification in Psychology or Education or relevant health & social science
- Minimum 18 months experience in Inspire's Education Programmes (LinC, SOP, STEP IEI, STEP Forward, STEP Beyond)
- High proficiency in English (C1)
- Ability to work with children aged 6 to 9 in STEP Beyond programme
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is preferred
