Job Summary
Partner with parents and school communities to support children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. Provide individualized and inclusive support to children with diverse needs, leveraging expertise in high-needs settings to facilitate participation in learning and development activities. Build ongoing relationships with families, children, your team, and the wider school community while occasionally supporting nearby services across the region when additional support is needed. Work Monday through Friday after school shifts from 2:45pm to 5:45pm, with extra hours available during school holidays.
Required Qualifications
- VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
