Inclusion Facilitator

Act as a role model for inclusion within the Special Needs Resourcing team, supporting the classroom team to implement best practices that allow all children to participate fully in their learning and development. Help build understanding and awareness to remove barriers, advocate for others, and work collaboratively to meet shared goals. Provide support and guidance to others, building on strengths and encouraging them to work toward their goals while addressing concerns with initiative and resilience. This Full-Time Permanent role is based in Hamilton and offers a pay rate of $27.79. Candidates must hold a diploma in Early Childhood Education, valid registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators, and a valid Class G driver's license with vehicle access.
