Job Summary
Incident Response Analyst in India leading real-time incident communication, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving the incident lifecycle from detection through resolution in a live event Ops Center. Responsible for establishing situational awareness, delivering structured updates during incident bridges, owning the current state narrative, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to process improvements and documentation to enhance reliability and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an Ops Center, incident management, or similar role
- Proven experience leading real time verbal communication during high severity incidents
- Experience coordinating cross functional teams during major incidents
- Proficiency with incident management and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to operate decisively in high pressure, real time environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent incidents
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar incident management frameworks
- Previous experience in a 24/7 operations environment
- Experience communicating directly with customers or clients (bonus)
