Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees following disruptive workplace events in Kinston and surrounding areas (North Carolina). Join R3 Continuum as an independent consultant within our network of bi-lingual Spanish-speaking consultants. Responsibilities include delivering crisis response services, participating in crisis response trainings, and submitting simple electronic reports via a mobile app. Flexible, case-by-case engagements with opportunities to support local communities and businesses; prior behavioral health experience and a valid professional license are required. The role emphasizes bilingual Spanish communication and on-site, in-person collaboration with organizations and employees.
