Incident Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Manage complex insurance incidents, breaches, and remediation activities across Member Operations by coordinating investigations with internal stakeholders and external providers. Conduct root cause analysis to identify opportunities for strengthening processes, controls, and systems while supporting remediation outcomes and communications for impacted members. Use incident insights and data to drive continuous improvement and risk reduction in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment. This role requires autonomous problem-solving and stakeholder management within a hybrid setup in Melbourne or Sydney.
Required Qualifications

- Australian permanent residency status
- Experience within superannuation, life insurance, claims, financial services operations or another regulated environment
- preferably Life Insurance
- Background in incident management, investigations, complaints, remediation, operational risk or compliance functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven stakeholder management skills
- experience working with third-party providers / administrators
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
