Job Summary
Detect, manage, and ensure coverage for 24-hour shift alerts to guarantee service continuity and prevent failures. Perform first-level monitoring of infrastructural, network, and application data to translate findings into actionable information for Operations. Support incident resolution by acting as an interface with technicians and systems engineers to address massive or central problems. Supervise monitoring events across multiple tools to ensure component functionality and resolve issues in a timely manner. Requires 1-2 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in Italian and English. Rotation work shifts are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 year relevant work experience
- Bachelor Degree in IT/Technical/Scientific or other relevant fields
- Good knowledge of all the monitoring areas of the Incident Management Department and related tools
- Understanding of monitoring tools (Nagios, OpManager, Splunk, Dynatrace, Catchpoint or equivalent - HP Vertical, ELK Stack)
- Fluent in Italian language (both written & spoken) and good understanding of English language
- Ability to be flexible in the problem solving process
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and large teams
- WorkShifts (5 days/week, on a rotation work shift based)
