Job Summary
The Incident Management Specialist oversees safety and welfare concerns, conducts investigations related to allegations of neglect or abuse, and ensures compliance with regulations, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum of 2 years of compliance/quality improvement, utilization or program review, and/or administrative experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with OPWDD systems such as WSIR, IRMA, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in human or social services preferred.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and capacity to navigate and enhance proficiency in software systems.
