Job Summary

Lead real-time incident management for P1 through P4 events across online and physical organizations, classifying, documenting, and driving investigations, diagnosis, recovery, and root cause analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Support, and Infrastructure teams to lead release ticket management, identify service gaps, and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain internal frameworks, process guides, and templates while managing stakeholder communications via email and Slack to ensure timely SLA alignment. Manage and update Root Cause Analysis documentation, driving enhancements to service delivery and release processes based on disruption reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role or incident management role
  • Experience and understanding of Containerization
  • Understanding of configuration management and infrastructure as code tools
  • Experience with a programming language
  • Comfortable within Linux environments and needs
  • Experience working with AWS, GCP, and on-premises environments
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly with little supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to drop everything and take on an ad-hoc task
  • Out-going, and able to keep a conversation going naturally to extract needed information
  • A degree in computer science, engineering, and/or similar experience
