Job Summary
Senior Incentives lawyer to join the Incentives team. Responsible for design, drafting and implementation of discretionary and all-employee incentive plans; manage legal, regulatory and tax advice on global incentive plans and remuneration arrangements; provide governance and reporting guidance, including Say on Pay and director remuneration issues; advise on remuneration regulation in financial services and governance for board and senior executive hires/terminations; support on corporate governance, regulatory and tax issues affecting incentives, and remuneration aspects of M&A, IPOs, capital raisings and other corporate transactions; hybrid working with a minimum 50% office presence; emphasis on cross-border advisory, commercial and sector insight within a global client base.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Associate with post-qualification experience in incentives practice
- Strong academic history
- ability to work in teams and contribute to shared success
- empathy, reliability, and client‐facing relationship skills
- commercial and innovative problem solving in remuneration and governance
