Job Summary
Senior Associate Incentive Compensation User Acceptance Tester on JPMorgan Chase's Business Aligned Incentive Administration team. You will test the iComp applications used to administer and pay business-aligned incentives, lead test planning sessions, define acceptance criteria, write test scenarios and scripts, coordinate end-to-end UAT across multiple initiatives, troubleshoot defects, prepare data for test execution, load requirements to qTest, and develop automated regression tests. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Incentive Administration LOBs, technology partners, and business stakeholders, mentor other testers, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices while ensuring timely delivery within monthly release cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
