Incentive Automation Lead

Job Summary
Incentive Automation Lead to own end-to-end incentive calculation pipelines and automate incentive processes across multiple lines of business and countries. Translate complex incentive rules into auditable data workflows, build monitoring and reconciliation dashboards, and partner with Finance, Operations, Payroll, and field teams to ensure accurate and timely incentive outcomes. Role requires strong data analytics discipline, Python/SQL proficiency, experience with BI tooling, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while sustaining data quality and process reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or any quantitative fields
- 3+ years of experience in a data analytics engineer, business intelligence, or incentive operations role
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Git and Bitbucket experience and Airflow concepts
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Redshift)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Attention to detail and data ownership
- Desirable: prior incentive design or agent-facing programs
