Job Summary
Inbound Specialist handles customer calls to determine replacement HVAC/R parts, using telephony and catalog/computer resources to meet customer needs, recognize commonly purchased products, and suggest/promote items based on current marketing initiatives. Maintains an exceptional telephone-based customer experience, stays informed on new products, educates self and customers, and performs other selling-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or Associates or Bachelor's degree)
- Technical Diploma in HVAC/R (preferred)
- At least two years of work experience in HVAC/R (preferred)
- Detailed-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills (MS Word or Excel or similar)
- Ability to comprehend business math and navigate computers
