Inbound Specialist (CDMX)

Inbound Specialist responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and receipts, performing purchasing functions in multinational companies, and monitoring in-transit inventory until final availability. Duties include tracking delivery timelines for purchase orders across plants, verifying receipts in the applicable system, reconciling discrepancies between invoices and delivered material to obtain corrective actions and credits, managing transit movements and open orders per internal policies, providing accurate inventory information to Finance, Commercial, and Operations, generating and communicating purchase order statuses and prices/quantities for plant orders, and supporting inbound transactional processes and supplier payments. Requires industrial engineering or related degree, 3+ years in multinational purchasing, supplier management, and English proficiency (B2). Role located in Mexico City with flexibility to work from home according to the role.
