Inbound Sales Team Lead

Job Summary
Inbound Sales Team Lead role in Prague to build and scale the local GTM engine: lead and coach a team of Inbound Sales Representatives, drive KPI performance (calls, emails, meetings booked), shape sales processes and strategy for the team pod, hire/onboard new reps, provide ongoing coaching, and collaborate with Data, CRM, Sales, and Sales Ops teams to optimize sales meetings and performance. Requires 2+ years in sales or business development, 1+ year in leadership/management, experience with inbound/outbound lead qualification, strong English communication, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar). Nice-to-have experience in a B2B SaaS environment and familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or business development
- 1+ year of experience leading, coaching, or managing a sales team
- Experience managing inbound and/or outbound lead qualification processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, operations, and other business functions
- Customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills
- Nice to have: Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft
