Job Summary
Inbound Sales Specialist role focused on turning inbound inquiries into opportunities, identifying customer needs, and recommending the best broadband products and bundles. You will handle inbound calls, perform outbound follow-ups, manage sales leads, process orders in compliance with installation and disclosure requirements, and work toward achieving sales goals related to customer connections, bundle sales, and Whole-Home Wi-Fi adoption. You’ll stay informed on current products, promotions, and policies, participate in coaching and training, and share customer feedback with leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain products, services, and solutions clearly and professionally over the phone
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Comfortable learning multiple systems and navigating technology in a fast-paced environment
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience
- Experience with billing systems such as ICOMS
- Call center or telecommunications experience
- 1+ year of sales experience
