Job Summary
Inbound Sales Specialist engages with current and prospective customers to identify needs and recommend WOW! broadband solutions; handles inbound inquiries, follows up, and uses sales skills to drive results. You will answer inbound calls, make outbound follow-up calls, identify customer needs and recommend best products, services, features, and bundled solutions; achieve sales goals related to customer connections, conversion rates, bundle sales, and Whole-Home Wi-Fi adoption; maintain and manage sales leads, process customer orders, and ensure compliance with installation, security, and company policies; stay informed on products, promotions, and policies; participate in coaching sessions and training; flexible to take on additional duties as assigned. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams, and ability to learn multiple systems in a fast-paced environment are desired. Preferred Qualifications include 1+ year of sales experience, CRM experience, and call center or telecommunications experience.
