Job Summary
Conduct inbound sales calls to review client needs, perform discovery, and place orders while ensuring accuracy. Manage account management by tracking converted sales, following up on missed conversations, and identifying new solutions for evolving customer requirements. Efficiently enter detailed records of interactions and confirm data accuracy within the internal system. This role requires a consultative approach to match product features with client pain points and build a strong pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- HS/GED
- 2 years experience in inside sales and administrative work
- Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Associate Degree

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
