Job Summary
Own the daily performance of the inbound sales team by coaching consultants through structured one-on-one sessions, conducting role-plays with real customer scenarios, and reviewing recorded conversations alongside AI-generated insights. Reinforce concepts from weekly workshops, inspect execution to ensure coaching becomes a daily habit, and hold salespeople accountable for consistently executing the sales methodology. Improve discovery, qualification, objection handling, follow-up, and closing while accelerating new hire development and reducing operational errors through better qualification. Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to enhance the customer experience and identify opportunities to improve individual and overall sales process performance.

- Experience working in an environment where inbound customer conversations, rather than outbound prospecting, drive revenue
