Job Summary
Answer incoming calls to explain how 1-800-GOT-JUNK? removes junk with a point of a finger, converting inquiries about service areas, availability, and pricing into bookings for our truck team. Provide a customer-focused experience by addressing questions from individuals seeking to remove their junk, ensuring they understand our process and local coverage. You receive inbound calls only, with no outbound cold calls. Start on September 11th after three weeks of fully paid remote training. Work five days a week, 8.5 hours between 12 PM and 10:30 PM EST. Earn $19.35 hourly plus commission, averaging $200-800 monthly, with extended health benefits after probation. Join a team supported by a Team Lead to learn and grow.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Currently reside in Ontario
- Available to start on September 11th
- Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 10 AM and 6.30 PM, Monday-Friday EDT
- A very friendly telephone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
- A quiet space at home
- Quick & reliable wired internet connection
- A good personal computer with min 8GB memory
- A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience
