Job Summary
Inbound Sales Agent role handling high-volume incoming calls to drive automotive parts sales while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center. Responsibilities include identifying the right parts for customers, confirming part availability, maintaining customer relationships, and providing support to ensure a positive experience. Training on the job with a 6-week program and a focus on accurate order fulfillment and cross-department coordination to verify part availability and delivery ETAs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, including good follow through
- Phone sales experience required
- Must be able to commute to on-site location as required
- Must be able to commit to your assigned schedule with minimal absences, and no absences during training
