Job Summary
Coordinate and lead the entire inbound receiving cycle from vendor bookings to unloading, quality checks, SAP entry, and put-away, ensuring safety standards and operational continuity. Manage a team of warehouse team leaders and staff, fostering a collaborative environment that balances efficiency with employee well-being while driving adoption of new processes and operational procedures. Analyze daily performance indicators such as productivity, storage times, and area costs to maintain high service levels and intervene promptly on deviations. Collaborate closely with the NDC Manager on budget planning and efficiency projects, including digitalization and space optimization, while interfacing with outbound and other corporate functions to optimize overall warehouse flow.

- proactive and entrepreneurial problem-solving approach aimed at generating innovation for continuous improvement
- organized and structured approach based on data analysis: costs and KPIs
- good knowledge of MS365 (Excel and PowerPoint)
- advanced proficiency in the use of computer systems and warehouse management software (SAP...)
- good level of English
