Job Summary
Inbound Operations Manager responsible for overseeing inbound distribution-center operations, implementing strategic workflows for inbound freight, receiving, stocking, and safety, and leading cross-functional teams. Builds and executes operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity, trains and develops staff, resolves escalations, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and drives cost-saving initiatives and process improvements through data-driven insights. Requires leadership experience, familiarity with warehouse software (WMS/ERP), and a focus on safety, teamwork, and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience within a distribution center or similar environment
- 1+ year’s proven experience in a managerial role and/or leading teams
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Commitment to upholding high standards of integrity, professionalism and customer service
