Job Summary
Inbound Operations Coordinator responsible for managing inbound logistics, customer service, and documentation for the continental United States including West Coast ocean facilities. Primary duties include scheduling, tracking, and managing transportation activities; preparing and processing documentation; initiating customs manifests to CBP; collaborating with customers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize workflows; maintaining records and data entry; monitoring KPIs related to inbound operations and documentation accuracy; ensuring compliant release of FTZ cargo; handling VIP reefer and live fish cargo; processing diversion requests; resolving container damage, coordinating repairs, and supporting empty repositioning from Canada to Tacoma; handling email, call, and chat support queues; and performing other duties as assigned. Must work in an office environment with moderate noise and be able to stand, sit, and walk; proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); strong verbal and written communication; and ability to multitask and prioritize under limited supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required
