Job Summary
Inbound Operations Coordinator responsible for coordinating inbound logistics, customer service, and documentation to ensure efficient operations across the continental U.S. and southern cross-border traffic. Duties include scheduling, tracking, and managing transportation; processing documentation and customs manifests for U.S. Customs and Border Protection; collaborating with customers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize workflows; maintaining records and data entry; monitoring KPIs related to inbound operations and customer satisfaction; ensuring compliant release of FTZ cargo; managing VIP reefer and live fish cargo; handling diversion requests, container repairs coordination with M&R, and cost-recovery through damages rebilling. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with MS Office. Education requirement specifies HS diploma or GED; industry experience preferred but not required.
