Job Summary
Coordinate and monitor inbound logistics, including scheduling, tracking, and managing transportation activities for continental United States and southern cross-border traffic across East and Gulf Coast facilities. Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing email, call, and chat support queues while ensuring accurate documentation for customs manifests and cargo diversions. Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve container damage issues, authorize repairs, and process diversion requests for KOA customers with speed and precision. Monitor key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and documentation accuracy to maintain operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- General understanding of the transportation shipping industry
- Exceptional computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to multitask and handle information accurately and professionally
- Excellent phone/email etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
