Job Summary
Role focuses on content-driven demand generation for B2B inbound pipeline: creating LinkedIn content (posts, hooks, carousels, and thought leadership content), turning engagement into conversations, nurturing leads, and moving prospects into the sales funnel. You’ll work with the founder to build consistent inbound opportunities through content strategy, organic growth, and relationship-driven marketing, aiming to generate real inbound demand from content rather than vanity metrics. Requires 2+ years in content-led B2B marketing, strong copywriting and messaging skills, proficiency with LinkedIn content, independent remote work, and ability to deliver measurable pipeline outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content-led B2B lead generation, inbound marketing, or organic growth
- Strong experience with LinkedIn content strategy and personal brand growth
- Proven track record generating inbound leads, conversations, or pipeline from content
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and relationship-based selling
- Ability to write engaging, high-converting content consistently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
