Inbound Manager (Warehouse)

Job Summary
Conduct inbound freight operations by supervising a team of up to 20+ members, scheduling truck arrivals to prevent detention charges, and ensuring accurate stocking within due dates. Validate packing slips with Purchasing and Accounts Payable, reconcile discrepancies on material transfer orders, and secure dropped trailers in the yard. Perform hands-on tasks including unloading trucks, breaking down freight, stacking, and putting product away while lifting items over 50 pounds. Execute daily and weekly reporting, maintain clean stage bin locations, and train associates on safety and operational procedures. This full-time role requires Monday through Friday work with several Saturdays, operating within Lippert's global manufacturing and supplier network.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor level degree
- 10+ years of warehouse experience
- Must be able to demonstrate passion for safety
- Must be able to operate various types of forklifts
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Demonstrated experience training associates
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to do what you can to make that happen
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office
