Inbound Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end inbound logistics processes to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of raw materials. Monitor inbound shipments, ETA/ATA, and ensure timely delivery to support uninterrupted operations. Coordinate inbound purchase orders, resolve delayed shipments, and manage transport with 3PL/4PL providers. Coordinate deliveries from port/terminal to the plant, align with warehouse capacity, and ensure timely customs clearance. Act as central point of contact between planning teams, warehouse operations, and logistics providers. Validate freight-related costs against rate agreements and drive cost optimization. Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement through service level reviews and feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of Incoterms and different transport modes
- Experience with SAP and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify risks
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and structured approach
