Inbound Lead Nights

Lead the inbound/outbound warehouse workflow in a distribution center: oversee putaway and pulling operations, assign and supervise a team of employees and temporary associates, create daily door sheets and align shifts with the DC plan, ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to safety standards, coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor on schedules and workload, ensure SHP locations are accurate in STORIS, and drive continuous process improvements to meet customer requirements and quality targets. Must train and motivate staff, communicate effectively, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards while managing deadlines and DC metrics.
