Inbound Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and partners regarding medical records requests, validating and authorizing PHI releases while maintaining confidentiality. Assist with timely processing of requests off the phone, perform quality checks on all work, and ensure 100% ROI accuracy with STATs completed within an hour and a 24-hour turnaround for other requests. De-escalate concerns to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and keep all queues current. Maintain a clean work area, update the facility guide, and complete required training programs. This entry-level role supports HealthMark's proprietary MedRelease platform for Release of Information, serving as the first point of contact for the patient information journey.

Required Qualifications

  • Comfortable and confident handling high volumes of inbound customer calls

  • Previous Experience in Contact/Call Center environment

  • Ability to complete legal affidavits and questions as needed
  • Ability to regularly scan ROI request into chart
  • Ability to abide by the ROI policy specific to both HealthMark and the client
  • Ability to take inbound calls from patients, providers, and partners regarding medical records requests
  • Ability to validate and authorize PHI release over the phone
  • Ability to assist with timely and accurate processing of requests off the phone
  • Ability to de-escalate concerns and ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous Experience in Contact/Call Center environment, managing high-call volumes preferred
