Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls in a busy call-center environment, researching and problem-solving to resolve difficult taxpayer inquiries while maintaining positive, timely communication. Navigate between numerous accounts and software programs to find solutions that better serve our 2,600+ statewide clients. Exhibit patience and understanding when handling issues, meeting personal, company, and client production goals. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with on-site training followed by a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training
- Excellent attitude
- Computer and keyboarding skills
- Willingness to learn a wealth of Pennsylvania tax information
- Full-time schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
- On-site in our Bangor, PA office
- All positions require a successful reference check
- All positions require a criminal background check
- All positions require a drug screen
