Job Summary
Resolve escalated customer service issues for GE Appliances by capturing complaint facts, following resolution steps, and negotiating concessions with internal stakeholders. Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to close cases successfully and complete satisfaction reviews before closure. Coordinate with zones, dispatchers, and technicians while managing multiple Windows-based applications and high-volume inquiries. Maintain compliance, integrity, and adherence to values throughout the process. Complete 10-week full-time training followed by an 8-hour weekday shift between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year Call-Center experience
- Minimum of 2-years Escalated Customer Service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent written & verbal skills

- Ability to handle high-volume calls while simultaneously handling multiple online applications

- Training requires a 10-week full-time shift Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM (CST)
- After training, you can expect to work an 8-hour shift between the business hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday
