Job Summary
Answer inbound calls with professionalism and positivity, assisting health care providers with payment inquiries, transaction details, and website support like password resets. Ensure all customer information is accurate while maintaining a friendly, helpful, and efficient tone during your daily volume of 60–70 calls. Perform these duties onsite in Grindstone, PA, working 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday within operating hours of 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST, with flexibility required for evening shifts ending as late as 7:00 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18
- HS diploma or GED
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Able to type 25+ words per minute
- A great communicator — both on the phone and in writing
- Patient, empathetic, and upbeat
- Reliable, organized, and ready to grow with us
- Flexibility to work any assigned 8-hour shift during operating hours, including evening shifts ending as late as 7:00 p.m. EST
- No weekend availability
