Job Summary
Prepare receiving paperwork for the receiving team, complete POs that have been received, and coordinate appointments and drop carriers to the proper door. Perform other general office responsibilities as assigned while adhering to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and safe operation of powered equipment. Requires a high school diploma, general knowledge of Ace procedures, and computer-based experience using Microsoft Office. Schedule includes the 2nd shift Sunday-Thursday from 12pm-8:30pm. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of Ace procedures, requirements and rules
- Experience working in an office environment
- Computer based experience using internet applications and Microsoft Office
- Be available for an in-person interview to determine the best qualified applicant for the position
- Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role
- Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility
