Inbound Call Center Representative responsible for providing Best in Class Customer Service to taxpaying customers by phone in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include learning tax procedures, applying training to analyze and solve tax-type inquiries, accessing data with basic computer skills, and communicating professionally with accurate grammar, spelling, and punctuation while maintaining confidentiality and ethics. Requires a High School Diploma/GED and a demonstrated ability to deliver customer service by telephone in a high-volume call center, with a focus on teamwork, continuous learning, and collaboration.
