Job Summary
Monitor and answer inbound phone calls, gathering information to route callers to the correct departments. Update customer changes in the database and provide administrative assistance as needed. Attend required training sessions and meetings while adhering to all company policies and procedures. This role involves establishing relationships with customers, collecting data, and directing inquiries to appropriate teams.
