Job Summary
Take consistent inbound calls specific to each program or project you are assigned, and handle outbound calls if necessary using provided tools. Document all customer interactions accurately while maintaining integrity and adhering to company policies. Maintain a working knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions, and ensure high-level people skills and active listening during interactions. Requires at least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting, a clear professional voice, and outstanding punctuality. Full-time on-site role in Houston, TX, with M-F 8 AM-5 PM CST hours.
Required Qualifications
- At LEAST one year of actual Call Center experience, working with an automatic dialer and call scripting
- A clear, professional, and friendly voice
- High-Level People Skills, Active Listening Skills, and Strong Communication Skills
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic Computer Skills and computer literacy
