Call qualified prospects immediately after they engage, maintaining a natural, human tone without reading scripts or pitching. When a call isn't feasible, send a brief, personalized email reply using AI-suggested starting points. Book the meeting and hand off a clean lead summary the moment confirmation is received. Work a pre-qualified inbox where 95%+ of leads are real and warm, requiring no cold calling. You must be comfortable with a flexible night shift in the US Eastern time zone and manage your schedule independently.
Required Qualifications
- Real experience setting appointments or managing a reply inbox for a US-facing audience
- Excellent written English that reads like a person, not a template
- You pick up the phone without hesitating, and you're ready to work most conversations by voice
