IN-Technical Consultant - Cloud

IN-Technical Consultant – Cloud responsible for first-level monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for IT infrastructure environments, acting as the initial contact for incidents, service requests, and alerts, and ensuring timely escalation and resolution per SLAs. Key duties include monitoring servers, storage, networks, backups, virtualization, and cloud platforms (Azure), logging and tracking incidents in ITSM, basic troubleshooting, escalation to L2/L3 with documentation, daily health checks, access/password reset support, adherence to processes, maintenance of runbooks and knowledge articles, managing Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and network devices, applying standard changes and upgrades, supporting patching and backups, and ensuring security/compliance; requires rotational night shifts and weekend availability. Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Electronics or equivalent diploma; 2–5 years in infrastructure support; relevant certifications (Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, CCNA, ITIL). Demonstrated knowledge of compute, networking, storage/backup, and cloud basics (Azure/AWS/GCP); hands-on experience with monitoring and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, SCOM, Nagios, SolarWinds); strong communication and collaboration skills.
