Job Summary
Senior-Technical Architect leads infrastructure strategy, architecture, and roadmap across compute, storage, networking, and cloud environments; serves as escalation point for critical incidents; leads upgrades and migrations; collaborates with security/compliance and vendors; drives automation, SOPs, and knowledge sharing; mentors L1–L2 teams and aligns infrastructure with business strategy; performs PoCs, vendor evaluations, capacity planning, performance benchmarking, and cost optimization; supports cloud migrations and data center consolidations with a focus on scalable, secure, cost-effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics (preferred) or equivalent diploma
- 12+ years of progressive infrastructure experience
- 3–5 years in solution/technical architecture
- Deep expertise across compute (Windows/Linux), virtualization, networking, storage/backup, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security
- Strong background in solution design, systems integration, and enterprise IT strategy
- Proficiency in automation and orchestration (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps practices)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, governance, and enterprise operations
- Ability to balance innovation with operational stability and cost efficiency
- Rotation shifts for 24/7 application support and weekend/holiday coverage
