Job Summary
In-store Visual Merchandiser responsible for training and developing a wide range of store employees, delivering merchandising strategies and guidelines, and keeping displays and layouts current with trends. Focus on analyzing sales figures, creating appealing displays, updating window displays weekly, and coordinating rosters for the Visual team. Collaborates with Town VM and Area VM, supports senior store visits, and contributes to progression through talent development. Requires effective communication, strong relationship-building, and flexibility in working hours during peak trading times.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser
- Solid experience in visual merchandising (window displays, interior displays, space utilization)
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Teamwork and cooperation
- Fluent English and MS Office knowledge
