Implement Visual Merchandising activities by ensuring consistent store image standards and maintaining VM assets including equipment and POS. Monitor daily stock replenishment to identify missed opportunities and communicate with Store Management for immediate action. Resolve VM-related customer complaints and queries while adhering to all weekly and monthly store guidelines. Conduct training for fellow Phadimas on visual standards and principles, and initiate on-the-job training to improve product knowledge. Communicate all store instructions via VM resources and file checklists for future reference.
