Job Summary
Prepare stock teams for shipment, place product, and execute seasonal window changes to ensure store presentation drives sales. Collaborate with the Store Manager to conduct weekly business walkthroughs, train staff on culture and standards, and maintain all visual displays including mannequins and signage. Organize daily shipments, oversee stockroom systems, and manage replenishment and markdown processes while enforcing brand visual standards. Work flexible shifts including nights and weekends to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Keen sense of fashion and style
- Strong understanding of the design principals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends
- Experience in a retail apparel environment
- Must possess Excellent creativity skills
- Lifting and some manual labor required
- Able to carry up to 25lbs
