Job Summary
Shop and fulfill customer online orders using the Instacart Shopper App, ensuring product quality and freshness while substituting out-of-stock items as needed. Communicate order changes effectively, process transactions via the in-store POS, and serve as an online ambassador answering questions about delivery and the platform. Assist with shelf stocking, frozen bin filling, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation. Maintain an outgoing attitude and ability to interact positively with customers throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
