Job Summary
Shop and fulfill customer online orders using the Instacart Shopper App, ensuring product quality and freshness while substituting out-of-stock items as needed. Process transactions via the in-store POS system and communicate necessary order changes to customers. Serve as an online ambassador by answering questions about delivery, the platform, and service benefits. May assist with stocking shelves, filling frozen bins, and maintaining store cleanliness. Requires standing, walking, and bending throughout an 8-hour shift, including a 3-mile walk, with the ability to maneuver a utility cart.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior
- Have a positive attitude
- Have the ability to interact positively with our customers

- Be able to operate front end equipment
- Be able to operate a register
