Job Summary
Shop and fulfill customer online orders using the Instacart Shopper App, ensuring product quality and freshness while substituting out-of-stock items as needed. Communicate necessary order changes effectively and process transactions via the in-store POS system. Serve as an online ambassador by answering questions regarding delivery, the Instacart platform, and service benefits. Assist with general store duties including stocking shelves, filling frozen bins, and maintaining cleanliness. This role requires standing, walking, and bending throughout an 8-hour shift, with the ability to maneuver a utility cart and walk up to 3 miles. Pay ranges from $17.15 to $22.30 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
