Job Summary
Utilize technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders via an app, staging them in the fulfillment area. Accurately and efficiently process payments, make appropriate substitutions, and properly bag items to reach the customer. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace while handling product and performing other customer service duties as needed. This part-time role requires a minimum age of 18, with shifts available from 6am through evening, and offers hourly pay between $17 and $17.50. Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting
- Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
